Ground Floor
Open Plan Living
The Barn is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining space, complete with a fully equipped custom kitchen that has all you need for a home-from-home getaway.
A spacious oak table accommodates up to six guests, perfect for enjoying a meal, having a drink, or unwinding with one of the many board games available. The lounge boasts a comfortable corner sofa and easy chairs, centred around a wall-mounted smart-TV for your enjoyment.
Bedroom one is also located on the ground floor and features an en-suite shower room with a generous shower and a low-level tray for easy access.
This bedroom can be arranged as either a twin with two 3ft single beds or a double with a super king bed. Please inform us of your preference.
Unwind
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms featuring king-size beds with luxurious 'Simba' mattresses. The shower room is conveniently located off the landing. There's also a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, monitor, and chair.
Absorb the Views
Step outside to unwind and take in the stunning views of Shutlingsloe, The Roaches, and Hanging Stone. You'll find a walled patio equipped with a table and chairs for six. Additionally, a separate terrace features a gas BBQ, BBQ table and a bistro set for two. Benches are scattered throughout the private garden for your relaxation. The parking area to the side provides well-lit, step-free access to the entrance door.
